Goals:

  The consulting and psychological health services related to a center with triple prevention levels are able to offer services including help and counseling in social , ethical , training , psychological , behavioral ,educational , job , marriage ,family and psychometric areas .

  The consulting and psychological health services center in Iran University of Science and Technology as members of the university, collegian , and cultural affairs will follow these guidelines:

  1- Assist students in identifying their talents, tendencies , values, vision, and help them use these capabilities for individual and social development.

  2- Assist students to better adapt with a new academic environment, and identify when to grab opportunities for their future.

  3- Assist students in solving educational, family, behavioral, emotional and psychological problems, and help remove behavioral barriers to achieve goals.

  4- Assist students in making conscious decisions and good choices in all areas.

  5- Help prevent the appearance and spreading of psychological, behavioral , academic and emotional problems in students in order to improve their psychological , individual and social health levels, and enhance their psychological health level in a safe university environment.

  6- Evaluate student difficulties to identify traumatic factors

  7- Consult with students and help improve their academic, social, and adjustment matters.

  8- Sponsor workshops and lectures for student and staff overall psychological health improvement.
